Great Agent! We were in the market for a new house and hired Michelle to represent us both on the buying of a new property and selling of the current property. Perfect Agent for Selling! We chose Michelle for the sale of our property, as she had helped us with a purchase recently. Selling and buying are different in many ways, and she was an expert in helping us navigate the process. She helped us figure out what was needed for the sale, both interior and exterior upgrades, and offered contacts for the fixes. We had a number in mind for the sale price but knowing the market she pushed us on that, and we're able to secure a full price offer!
