Great Agent! We were in the market for a new house and hired Michelle to represent us both on the buying of a new property and selling of the current property. Michelle was very open right from the start about how she communicates and approaches real estate. The home we chose had some issues around the price and some seller expectations, she not only guided us along the way but suggested alternatives that in the end saved us more money and head-aches! She managed the process and gave us immediate updates along the way, and even intervened for mortgage and closing issues to move things along in our favor. Perfect Agent for Selling! We chose Michelle for the sale of our property, as she had helped us with a purchase recently. Selling and buying are different in many ways, and she was an expert in helping us navigate the process. She helped us figure out what was needed for the sale, both interior and exterior upgrades, and offered contacts for the fixes. We had a number in mind for the sale price but knowing the market she pushed us on that, and we're able to secure a full price offer! We had a few bumps for closing, and she stepped in and pushed it along. All around excellent agent and puts the client first.
